A new vision for Corringham

Telescope Property Group is bringing forward proposals which include up to 320 new homes, alongside retirement and care facilities, set within a high-quality landscaped environment. 

Our approach ensures that the development contributes positively to the future growth of Corringham while respecting its heritage and landscape.   • The site is located to the north of Corringham town centre. On the northern boundary is Southend Road, the eastern boundary is Lampits Hill, western boundary is Gable Hall School and the southern boundary are the residential properties of Lampits Lane.


  • The site wraps around the Performers College. Footpath 28 (a well used public footpath) runs through the site in a north to south direction, this allows public connectivity between the site, Corringham and the surrounding landscape.


  • The site is naturally enclosed by trees, hedgerows, and shrubbery, creating a natural boundary while providing effective visual screening. Additionally, site is further secured with fencing.
